Sports Performance is offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:30pm-4:30pm. This class is designed for the scholastic age athlete. We focus on injury prevention, increasing speed, quickness, and agility as well as gaining strength and power output that translates to the playing field. Lessons are taught by certified strength and conditioning coaches, CSCS.
ShooFly Barbell Club
The ShooFly Barbell Club is free for our unlimited CrossFit members and $60 for non-members. Weightlifting is an olympic sport involving two lifts; the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Programming is provided every day with two coach led sessions per week on Tuesdays at Thursdays at 3:00pm-4:30pm. We are a USAW sanctioned club that competes on the national level as well as teaching the basics to athletes who want to get better or just supplement their off season lifting.
One on One Coaching
Get individualized attention by hiring a coach to write a program specifically for you and your goals. From weight loss to olympic weightlifting to endurance we have experienced coaches that can help you succeed.
Open Gym is included in the membership or $75 per month for non-members. This gives you access to the gym during the hours of 7:00am-4:30pm to train on your own or follow our programming outside of class.
Tactical Strength and Conditioning
This program is taught by Coach Street specifically tailored for the public safety profession. Bringing years of experience as a strength coach training tactical units such as SWAT/SRT teams this program is designed specifically for your unit whether it be police, fire, military, or EMT. Get your team registered to train today and be prepare for the demands of the job.
